Cancellations Our Flexible Salon Policy At Sophiem Beauty and Massage, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment , just let us know. If you inform us less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, we have to charge an administration fee 20% and cannot guarantee we'll be able to slot you in. Less than 24 hours cancellations fee - 50% of the treatment's cost will be charged. ‘No show’ fee - full amount of the appointment's cost will be charged. Want to find out more?
