Cancellation Policy

If, however, you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, an administration fee of 20% will be charged. In the event of a No-Show, we will charge 100% of the fee for the booked services. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we ask that you keep us informed if you are running late for your appointment. If you do not show up for your appointment without notifying us, we may not be able to guarantee that the service can be provided.
