Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment time may will be charged to a 20% cancellation fee. 3. **Late Arrivals:** If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client. We appreciate your understanding and punctuality. 4. **No-Shows:** Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service fee. 5. **Payment:** We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay, Google Pay. Payment is maybe required at the time of booking or upon after your appointment. 6. **Health and Safety:** Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies prior to your appointment. Your health and safety are our top priority. 7. **If you have a Voucher, Gift Card, or Package all of above salon policy is same as the booking policy.
