Cancellation Policy

Sophiem Beauty and Massage takes pride in providing an exceptional experience for our clients. Our salon policies are designed to ensure that our clients can cancel or reschedule their appointments with ease, while also maintaining the integrity of our business operations. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request that you do so at least 48 hours in advance. With this advance notice, we will make every effort to arrange a more convenient time for you, without any questions asked. If, however, you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, an administration fee of 20% will be charged. In the event of a No-Show, we will charge 100% of the fee for the booked services. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we ask that you keep us informed if you are running late for your appointment. If you do not show up for your appointment without notifying us, we may not be able to guarantee that the service can be provided.
