At Sophiem Beauty and Massage, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible,
from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Salon. Please take a moment to

Our Flexible Salon Policy
At Sophiem Beauty and Massage, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment , just let us know.
If you inform us less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, we have
to charge an administration fee 20% and cannot guarantee we'll be able to slot you in. Less than 24 hours cancellations fee - 50% of the treatment's cost will be charged.

If you show up late to
your appointment (without letting us know), we can't guarantee we'll be able to give you the complete allotted time
